Welcome to Family Promise
Welcome to Family Promise of Nassau County. We unite people of all faiths in service to families with children experiencing homelessness, helping them return to housing and self-sufficiency. We achieve this by providing them with the case management services of a professional social worker and overnight hospitality and meals offered by trained volunteers. We strive to treat all involved in our program with compassion, dignity, and respect.
